In 2008 Pruszyński Capital Group invested in building of a modern press for aluminium profiles – EXTRAL Ltd. The company was situated in Jastrzębsko-Żorska Special Economic Area and in 2009 begun the production of aluminium sections on the production line equipped with 7 inch press with the tonnage capacity of 2200 tonns.

 

The Production of Special and Standard Profiles
EXTRAL press offers production of special aluminium profiles made according to client’s project, as well as standard offer aluminium profiles.

 

Surface and Mechanical Treatment
The company offers possibility of surface treatment of anodizing and varnishing accordingly to client’s needs and technologies available on the market.
 

Anodizing service can be proceeded by preparatory treatment done by:

 

• brushing
• sand-blast cleaning (shot peening)

 

Company offers also the possibility to make aluminium profiles through:

 

• very precise cutting in various sizes and at various angles with small dimensional tolerances,
• milling,
• knocking out holes and sizes
• drilling and tapping of holes
