Machinery Park includes over 100 modern machines, from companies such as STAM, EHT, AMADA, TRUMFE, GODENES, RAS, HAYES, which are:
- 8 production lines for the production of steel tiles
- modern production lines for manufacturing complete 125 and 150 gutter systems
- 25 production lines for manufacturing trapezoidal sheets
- production lines for facing cassettes
- production lines for wall cassettes
- lines with guillotines for flat sheets
- production lines for roof ridges
- production lines for so called overstamp
- production line for wall panels
- production lines for sandwich panels with a styrofoam and mineral wool core
Pruszyński products are manufactured in a systematically modernized production plant, with the use of state-of-the-art technology. The production lines are mostly fitted with numerical control which guarantees highest quality and precision.
The internal logistics of the production process is based on three gantries, over 40 front and side Linde fork-lift trucks and specialist loading trucks, which enable a fast and precise loading of production line with the necessary production raw material. All production lines and machines are operated by an experienced and highly qualified staff, with all-round knowledge, which enables adjusting the production to specific needs dictated by the market.
The company also provides:
- mechanical and hydraulic cutters and guillotines by STAM, UNGERER, CINNICINATI, which allow for cutting of tin into tapes and sheets of any given size that can be acquired from the raw material,
- classic and numerically controlled presses and ridge benders by JORNS, BIEGEMASTER, AMADA, TRUMF which give complicated bended profiles, 6 meters long,
- numerically controlled contour band saws, by ITEK adjusted to non-typical formats and complicated sheet shapes,
- state-of-the-arts perforation line, the best in Poland, by SOENEN, of maximum width of 1600 mm and the speed of 700 hits a minute,
- numerically controlled ridge benders allowing for complicated bended profiles, up to 7 m long.
