Roof sandwich panels are used especially in warehouses, industrial and commercial buildings (shopping centres, sport centres, etc. ). Such panels are also used as partition walls and load-bearing walls in small portable cold storages, in buildings used on construction sites and in outbuildings. A large set of colours and diversified shapes of panels allow for construction of a number of various interesting buildings. Panels may be assembled both vertically and horizontally.

Wall panels which cover 1150 mm of surface enable an easy and quick assembly for various types of structures with the use of appropriate fitting ports. Specifically designed and profiled tongue and groove joints guarantee a very good tightness and make the whole structure fireproof.

PWS-S, PWD-S (styrofoam core) and PWS-W, PWD-W (wool core) sandwich panels are made of two steel sheet metallic supports and a construction-insulation core layer. External metallic support is made of 0.5 mm thick steel sheets with layers of metallic and organic coating.

The core layer is made of mineral wool (density: 120 kg/ cubic metre).

External metallic support and the core layer are joined in the manufacturing cycle with a two-component polyurethane glue. All joints inside the panel are milled for meshing to increase the panel’s stiffness and thermal insulation. Our manufacturing profile also enables the production of one-side coated steel sheet panels used mainly as additional thermal insulation of facilities.
