Trapezoidal Sheets are an economical roofing and elevation material. A wide choice of profiles – height ranging from 6 mm to 160 mm – and types of sheets (various coatings) allows for various uses on roof and elevations, gates and fences, as well as load-bearing structures in individual and industrial building.
A low profile trapezoidal sheet can be used for elevation (T6 – T60) and roofing (T14 – T60) surfaces of houses, garages and small commercial buildings. Higher profiles, due to their durability, are used for wide-span roofs and load-bearing structures. The highest group of profiles (T50 – T160) are used while building large industrial, service and trading facilities, and the highest of all profiles are used for wide-span load-bearing structures (large surface isolated flat roofs) and for ceilings.
Trapezoidal Sheets are characterized by durability, construction rigidity and economy of use.
Use:
- Roofing
- Elevation
- Structure Element
Trapezoidal sheets are produced out of steel zinc coated sheets, aluzinc sheets, coated sheets or coated aluminium sheets (sheet gauge ranges from 0,50 to 1,50 mm).
In order to increase the acoustic values within a building where trapezoidal sheets have been applied, there is the possibility of sheet perforation. Variations of perforations for a given profile are presented in the attached cross section.
Trapezoidal sheets are produced in accordance with PN-EN 14782:2008 standard and marked with © sign.
