Wall sandwich panels are used especially for trade and commerce buildings and public use buildings such as shopping centres, warehouses, spotrs centres etc. Wall sandwich panels are used not only for exterior byt also for interior partition walls and load-bearing walls in small portable cold storages, back-up facilities buildings and outbuildings. The many colours and fold shapes on offer enable giving interesting shapes to buildings. Wall sandwich panels can be assembled vertically and horizontally.

Wall panels of 1150mm effective width allow easy and quick assembly on different kinds of constructions with the use of fitting ports. Tongue and grove joints designed accordingly make sandwich wall paneled walls airtight and fireproof.

”PRUSZYŃSKI” sandwich panels are manufactured with the use of state-of-the-art technology. Thanks to modern and fully automated production line and qualified staff, we are able to meet our customers’ needs in the scope of quality and standard of our products. We are currently offering wall sandwich panels (PWS) with a styrofoam or mineral wool core.

PWS-S, PWD-S (styrofoam core) and PWS-W, PWD-W (wool core) sandwich panels are made of two steel sheet metallic supports and a construction and insulation core layer. External metallic supports are made of 0.5 mm thick steel sheet and are covered with metallic and organic coating. The core layer is made of self-extinguishing styrofoam (density: 16.2 kg/m3) or mineral wool (density: 120 kg/m3). External metallic support and the core layer are joined in the manufacturing cycle with a two-component polyurethane glue.
 

Any and all joints inside the panel are milled for meshing to increase the panel’s stiffness and thermal insulation. Our manufacturing profile also enables the production of one-side coated steel sheet panels for use mainly as additional thermal insulation of facilities.
